The mission of Mountain Valley Academy (MVA) is to provide quality, individualized education for special education children with a focus on each student’s learning style, interests, and life goals.
Our vision is for each student to gain the skills and abilities to successfully return to their home community.
STRATEGIC GOALS:
- Have caring teachers and specialists that inspire our students with daily examples of tolerance, caring, and sensitivity towards others while modeling peaceful attitudes for students.
- Work with each student, their families, and school districts to ensure that children are stabilized and learning in ways that are individualized to their needs.
- Design unique classroom curricula and activities to accommodate each student and their academic endeavors.
- Expand classrooms beyond our walls out into the great outdoors.
